La particularit\u00e9 de ma pratique est que je m\u2019\u00e9loigne des th\u00e9ories et mod\u00e8les dans lesquelles doivent \u00ab entrer \u00bb les clients. Un des indices d\u2019une mauvaise estime de soi est l\u2019insuffisance d\u2019initiative. Les personnes qui ont une mauvaise opinion d\u2019elles-m\u00eames tentent peu de choses, et si elle tentent peu, elles accomplissent peu. Donc, la confiance en soi en p\u00e2tit \u00e9galement. Ces personnes se comparent volontiers aux autres (pour renforcer leur mauvaise opinion d\u2019elles-m\u00eames). Un autre signe de faible estime est l\u2019addiction de telle fa\u00e7on \u00e0 se distraire l\u2019esprit. Ces escapades en dehors du r\u00e9el ne durent jamais longtemps. Peuvent alors survenir des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, relationnelles, cognitives, etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019estime des autres n\u2019est pas l\u2019estime de soi<br \/>\n<\/strong>Certains parents esp\u00e8rent monter l\u2019estime de soi de leur enfant en lui disant \u00ab\u00a0Oh tu es dou\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0tu es une belle personne\u00a0\u00bb etc\u00a0\u2026 ceci fournit une \u00ab\u00a0estime des autres\u00a0\u00bb et non pas une estime de soi. Si la personne n\u2019apprend pas \u00e0 s\u2019estimer elle-m\u2019aime, \u00e0 aimer ce qu\u2019elle est, alors son estime restera d\u00e9pendante de la validation des autres. Et elle ira de personne en personne pour rechercher la validation de sa valeur. Les sch\u00e9mas de d\u00e9pendances affectives se retrouvent notamment dans ces manques d\u2019estimes de soi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offrir la source de l\u2019estime<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ainsi, dans toute relation, et particuli\u00e8rement avec les enfants, nous pouvons offrir \u00e0 la personne le lien de cause \u00e0 effet de l\u2019estime de soi\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0hier quand ton fr\u00e8re est tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, tu l\u2019as aid\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement, tu peux \u00eatre fier de toi\u00a0\u00bb. D\u2019une part, la fiert\u00e9 n\u2019est celle du parent, mais on encourage l\u2019enfant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la reconnaissance de sa propre valeur\u00a0; Par ailleurs, l\u2019enfant dispose d\u2019une donn\u00e9e, l\u2019acte d\u2019avoir aid\u00e9 son fr\u00e8re, qui soutient son estime de soi, ce qui ancre son estime dans les actes concrets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelques pistes pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019estime de soi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estime de soi se rapportant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eatre, cela veut dire qu\u2019il est utile de se connaitre et se reconnaitre dans ce qu\u2019on EST. Comme cit\u00e9 en pr\u00e9ambule, je n\u2019utilise pas les m\u00e9thodes et mod\u00e8les habituels de la connaissance de soi, qui font des bilans et \u00e9valuations. Je veux intentionnellement ne pas d\u00e9focaliser de la singularit\u00e9 de la personne qui vient me voir, et pouvoir conclure un atelier par des verbes d\u2019action, dans une ambiance bienveillante d\u2019un rapport humain.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques-uns des th\u00e8mes que je propose de travailler\u00a0avec les personnes qui viennent vers moi, la plupart du temps sous forme d\u2019ateliers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les besoins fondamentaux.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Passer au travers des \u00ab besoins fondamentaux de l\u2019\u00eatre \u00bb permet de tr\u00e8s vite s\u2019orienter sans perte de temps vers les besoins qui m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s. Ce qui nous permet aussi de fixer nos limites, et de reconnaitre nos vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s. L\u2019\u00e9clairage \u00e0 lui seul calme et explique, puis les d\u00e9cisions et la mise en route imm\u00e9diatement par l&rsquo;action projettent dans \u00ab\u00a0nouveau soi\u00a0\u00bb plus confiant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La connaissance de ses qualit\u00e9s propres.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les autres nous connaissent au travers de ce que nous leur montrons, et au travers de leurs perceptions. Cependant, nous sommes beaucoup plus que cela. Je veux pointer ici les qualit\u00e9s propres de la personne. Il s\u2019agit de ce que nous faisons avec facilit\u00e9, qui nous apporte de la joie profonde, et qui reste toujours frais. L\u2019atelier \u00ab talent \u00bb que je propose peut justement de pointer les qualit\u00e9s propres. Tr\u00e8s souvent, les (bonnes) surprises sont au rendez-vous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La connaissance de ses valeurs propres.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Nos propres valeurs ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment (pas souvent, m\u00eame) celles qu\u2019il fallait avoir quand nous \u00e9tions enfants ou adolescents. Ou alors pas dans l\u2019ordre prescrit par nos parents. Mais bien plus que cela, prendre conscience de ce que nos valeurs repr\u00e9sentent vraiment pour soi va modifier profond\u00e9ment la mani\u00e8re dont nous les vivons, et dont nous les mettons en application. Pour trouver une coh\u00e9rence entre nos valeurs et nos actes. Je propose \u00e9galement un atelier \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La reconnaissance de ses comportements<br \/>\n<\/strong>Se connaitre mieux dans ses comportements requiert d\u2019abord une mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart de toute forme de jugement. Le fait de se connaitre et reconnaitre ses comportements, d\u2019accepter ses limites, et d\u2019affirmer ses choix sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui vont nous permettre d\u2019adopter des comportements sains et clairs, des comportements qui soient r\u00e9ellement propres \u00e0 la personne. Il en d\u00e9coule l\u00e0 aussi une estime et ensuite une confiance am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. L\u2019atelier consacr\u00e9 aux comportements est particuli\u00e8rement actif et ludique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des outils ad\u00e9quats<br \/>\n<\/strong>L\u2019estime se rapportant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eatre, on ne la p\u00e8sera pas selon des crit\u00e8res rationnels. Pour la m\u00eame raison, les crit\u00e8res de psychologie clinique sont inutiles. Nous sommes ici dans un autre registre, \u00e0 savoir celui de la personne dans sa plus profonde humanit\u00e9, et nous ne voulons pas ressasser les probl\u00e8mes, mais les r\u00e9soudre dans le respect de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 de chaque personne, son rythme et ses limites et besoins. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi je pense que la connaissance de soi doit b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019approche bienveillante o\u00f9 les diff\u00e9rentes formes de jugement doivent \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9vit\u00e9es.
